How to Use?
Step 1: Heat the mouth tray under hot water to warm it up about 10 seconds, then shake excess water off.
Step 2: Put the mouth tray over your teeth and use your fingers to gently try to mold it to your teeth.
Step 3: Take the mouth tray out and apply some of the gel evenly into the tray.(0.25 to 0.5ml is enough for each tray.)
Step 4: Put the tray back onto your teeth and leave it there for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 5: Open the LED Light to irradiate the tray.
Step 6: Take the tray out and rinse it.
Note:
Molding and cutting the trays customzied to your teeth is the most important step.This gel will only work with nicely fit trays.Poorly molded trays will burn your gums.As a result the gel will not whiten and your gums will hurt.If you burn your gums,the burning feeling will go away in 24 to 48 hours.
